Ross Chambers
Ross is a strategic leader, executive coach and neuroinclusion specialist with over 20 years’ experience across regulated industries, including finance and automotive. He works with senior leaders and founders to build clarity, resilience and high-performance cultures that genuinely include neurodiverse talent. Diagnosed with ADHD and a parent of neurodiverse children, Ross brings lived experience alongside commercial credibility to every boardroom conversation.
James Ramsey
James is a leadership specialist, facilitator and neuroinclusion advocate with a background in behavioural change, learning design and senior leadership development. He works with organisations to translate inclusive intent into practical, embedded leadership habits. Diagnosed with ADHD himself, James brings both personal insight and professional rigour to his work, helping leaders better understand how neurodiversity shows up in real performance, decision-making and culture.
